Because every time we get in the heat and plunge in the cold, we come out the other side better for it.

The elements promise revival in exchange for commitment to the practice.

The hat plays its role. It extends time in the heat by insulating the head.

Natural fibers and a craft that dates back millennia, standing the test of time. Raw organic wool turned into a single continuous piece of fabric. No stitching, no synthetic shell. Each hat made by hand, one at a time. Each design unique, shaped by the placement of the fibers.

We could have made something cheaper. We could have made more.

The decision was intentional.

We use a wood-burning stove. Every log carried by hand and delivered to the flames.

We cold plunge in natural water because connecting with rivers that flow from the mountains into the ocean is good for the soul.

We make these hats by hand because that meant something to us.

Organic New Zealand wool. Made in Nepal, a region renowned for wool textile craftsmanship. Designs in conversation with the elements and the sensations of the thermal cycle.
